"We, a family of 4 with 2 teenagers, had a great one week stay in this very nice designed and comfortable house. It has all luxury you can think of, including climate control and perfect beds. The garden has sun and shadow places all day and is extremely well equiped. Communication went well and any questions were answered quickly. Puilboreau is a very quiet village at biking distance of lovely places like La Rochelle and Ile de Ré. The presence of the cat was a surprise to us, but he was nice...

"Nous avons été très bien accueillis par notre hôte.Les informations et les conseils, nous ont été très utile.La possibilité de laisser sa voiture en parking relais et de prendre le bus pour aller a la Rochelle est un très bon plan surtout si vous êtes plusieurs ( ticket "tribu" 5 jusqu'à 5 personnes utilisable toute la journée).Superbe région. "Accueil très agréable par la voisine. Le logement est en bordure de route très bruyante même de nuit (camions, tracteurs, ...), le logement n'ayant pas de double vitrage la gène est très importante. Équipement de la cuisine insuffisant, 3 bols ébréchés, couteaux très vieux, pas de grille pain, pas de poêle, les équipements en téflon sont endommagés (le téflon part à la cuisson) pas de presse purée. "We spent a memorable week at Autour d'un Puits in Marsilly. The location is excellent, close to La Rochelle, the charming villages and gorgeous beaches of the Ile de Ré, the Marais Poitevin and more. The gîte is exactly as advertised. We had plenty of room for four and enjoyed cooking several nights during our stay to save money and relax. Philippe and his wife were friendly and helpful throughout. I'd stay there again."

"Nice hotel, room clean. The actual town itself is rundown and doesn’t offer much facilities. The restaurant was nice but doesn’t cater much for non meat eaters. We had a dog with us and were given a disabled room with its own door to the car park. The dog was also allowed to come with us to the restaurant."

Premiere Classe La Rochelle Nord - Puilboreau

"I booked for 9 people, 2 families, 4 adults and 5 kids. They provided 3 rooms, fitting 1 or 2 adults per room. Not the best idea if the family wanta to stay together. The rooms were clean, but very minimalistic and tiny. Reception was servicing french speaking guests first, then the rest. One of the rooms was not prepared for our arrival. I would never come back as a family, however i might stay as a single person."

"My family had a wonderful stay. The gite is thoughtfully designed and very well equipped. The furnishings are up-to-date and everything works well. The beds are comfortable. The swimming pool and hot tub are delightful. The garden is charming and we enjoyed playing badminton. Our hosts made us feel very welcome and gave us a lot of helpful information. The location is excellent for an outdoor holiday with plenty of boating and walking opportunities nearby. We had a day at the beach (it took about 1h20m to drive there). Highly recommended."
