It is a 20 minute walk from Middelfart and 30 minute walk from Middelfart train station, which is a bit of a way but doable and worth it. From the hotel we saw porpoises deer and a variety of birds. Superb views of the little belt and the two bridges from breakfast and dinner.」

「This is a hotel that requires you to use an app on your phone to open that gate that allows you into the parking lot. This is the only place we had some difficulty, because I had run out of data on my eSIM, which I bought before we left for the trip from Canada. Luckily, my wife still had some data on her phone, so we got in. Once close to the hotel, I could use the free WiFi and the app to open the doors. 「The UNESCO World Heritage in Jelling is just 3-4 minutes drive from this cozy inn. We enjoyed one night stay in quiet idyllic surroundings. Free parking space is just outside the door of each guest room and very convenient to unload and load baggage. The room is spacious. Although food selection at breakfast is somewhat limited, everything is good, especially very tasty warm sourdough bread. 」
