Get a unique beach experience with this fantastic, new family holiday home with a refreshing sea view, located just 100 meters from the beautiful beach.

Experience the magic of sunset as it paints the sky over the water, or take a relaxing walk on the beach and explore the scenic Heatherhill area. This beautiful house is not just a place to live - it is a perfect starting point for unforgettable adventures. The location is ideal, right between Tisvilde and Rågeleje, and offers a large, private garden as well as plenty of space both indoors and outdoors, created to meet everyone's needs, regardless of age.

This charming, black wooden summer house is furnished with consideration for everyone's comfort. While the adults can find peace and relaxation, there is plenty of space for the children to play, and at the same time an atmosphere has been created where the whole family can gather for pleasant moments.

The inviting kitchen is the perfect place to show off your cooking skills with the family. The spacious living room functions as a fantastic vantage point, where the patio doors open up and bring nature inside. Here, indoor and outdoor spaces are united, making it possible to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets both inside and outside.

With four well-furnished bedrooms - three with double beds and two with single beds - there is comfortable space for up to eight people.

The terrace offers sun loungers, a practical gas grill and a cozy dining area. The entire terrace offers an enchanting view of the sea and it is not unusual to see a paraglider fly by. The private grounds with lush vegetation provide opportunities for play, ball games and pleasant moments in nature.

For those who want to enjoy cooking, there is an abundance of wonderful places to eat in the area. In addition, there is also a convenient card for the grocery store, so you can easily get everything you need to pamper yourself and your family during your stay. Note: Not for commercial rental.

Very pleasant, exactly as described.

Pleasant property in a lovely area. Very peaceful and quiet. If anything, I think the listing undersells it a little. Note that, if you come from more southerly latitudes and plan to stay here in the summer, the Danish days are long — the sun comes up early and sets late. This property has lots of beautiful natural light, even when you might not want it, so bring eyeshades if you prefer darkness when sleeping. If you want a relaxing break in a lovely Danish resort area with everything that you will need for an enjoyable stay nearby, it would be hard to beat this property.
