"Lovely location overlooking Cobo Bay, with sparking sand, crystal blue waters offering fabulous evening sunsets. Our room had a balcony on the front overlooking the bay which was lovely, the balcony is open to the adjacent rooms, we found it surprising that smoking was permitted on the balconies, which was not appreciated, but you find in Guernsey smoking outside in public areas seems to be permitted/the norm?! Staff are excellent, I cannot rate them highly enough… always smiley, happy,...

"Loved the helpfulness of the staff. Food was wonderful great selection on the breakfast buffet and evening meals were also delicious. Very clean rooms and comfortable easy access to bus route. Definitely no complaints excellent value for money July 2026"

"I have stayed at the Imperial Hotel on numerous occasions and always found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming. There is plenty of choice for breakfast. The views from the restaurant are spectacular. I choose this hotel mainly because it is close to my family who live nearby and also it has a regular bus service."

"Big spacious hotel with good amenities, great breakfast choices and friendly staff. Loved the free use of the spa facilities during our stay. The room furniture is dated and with no room aircon so it can get hot at night but that’s the only criticism."
