Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. Fantastic hotel. Great mountain views, boot room opens about 50m from the gondola. Staff very friendly and helpful. I don't have her name, but the receptionist was extremely helpful in helping me sort out an alternative route to the airport when the bus wascancelles.
