「Cute place. Awesome location with great eats — Red Star Tacos and Corina Bakery— easy walk. Surprisingly quiet, incuding neighbors in building. Small but adequate. 」

「Stayed here with my family of five and we had a wonderful time. The home was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the location was excellent. Would definitely stay again!」

「Not clean, poorly maintained, broken furniture, electrical problem (host call back 3 days after voice message was left). Constant water leak from refrigerator. Carpet in bedroom, which was pulled from the tack strip at door. All floors very dirty. General cleaning was poor.」

「We love Chico Bay & the owners! This was our third time booking Chico Bay and we will be back again. The Penthouse Suite has the best views! We could sit on the deck all day & night watching the wildlife. There is nothing the owners did not think of to make us feel at home. From the eggs, oj & Prosecco in the refrigerator to the blankets for outside on a chilly evening, the book full of recommendations of places to eat, visit and explore.... We look forward to our time in Washington every year...
