「The IBIS Fougeres is not in Fougeres and is more in an Industrial Area on the outskirts of the town. Expect to drive 6 miles down the road... The Service from Check-In to Check-Out was superb. What set this IBIS apart was the restaurant, this was probably the best meal we had during the 9 day trip and the Chef (Nolan) really was good at delivering a great plate of food.
