"We ended a 16-day trip through Italy with two nights at Hotel Isa and had a very positive stay overall. The Prati location is excellent—close enough to walk to many of Rome’s major sights, yet quiet and relaxing in the evening. The staff were consistently warm, professional, and helpful. The rooftop breakfast was a highlight, with a beautiful view and an excellent selection. We also appreciated the welcome note and bottle of prosecco.
Our only disappointment was Room 200. It was noticeably smaller than the photos for the Basic Room category had suggested, and with two people and luggage after a long trip, the space felt quite tight. Since room sizes may vary, travelers with several suitcases may want to request a more spacious room or book the next category. Despite this issue, we enjoyed our stay and would gladly return to Hotel Isa."
