"If you’re looking to escape the party crowds on Zakynthos this is a perfect retreat. Beautiful and thoughtful villas spread out privately. I really enjoyed my time here. "The toilet seat had urine stains when we first checked in and only God knows how long its been there. The kitchen lacked clean surfaces as did the floor of the entire room when we first got there. Housekeeping was done only on the third day (which we were told was apparently the norm) and greasiness of the floor did improve after the cleaning. "The unit was in a unique location in rural Greece, in the midst of an Olive Tree farm. It was charming, quiet, roomy for us, and functional for our needs. The host was very friendly and kind and helpful. We appreciated the gifts of food (fresh tangerines!). Unfortunately, the unit we were booked for was under renovation, so we stayed in a unit attached to the house. Heating in the back bedroom was minimal, and the internet was not functioning for the first day."

"As a last minute necessity after our flight was cancelled we were delighted to find the Meandros hotel and spa. The staff were brilliant, so friendly and helpful. The spa was a huge win after spending 7 hrs in the airport going nowhere. Food was tasty and served with a huge smile. In all a good end to a very long disappointing day. "

"The honeymoon suite was very private, spacious and comfortable with a great view over Tsilivi out to sea with Kefalonia island in the distance. The sunsets were beautiful. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The private infinity pool was amazing and still warm in mid-September! The room was very clean and well appointed with a large comfy bed. We really loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer!"
