"Very well equipped, clean cottage. We received a warm welcome from the owners and a comprehensive introduction to the property. Due to the unseasonably bad weather whilst we were there, we were unable to make best use of the facilities but there were plenty of them, including a heated pool. The only criticism was that the chairs in the living room were not very comfortable but I imagine guests would normally spend their time outside where there is plenty of garden furniture."

"We were in Champlitte for a week at the end of August 2023. The welcome at the accommodation was very friendly. Everything was very well prepared. We received all the necessary explanations and supplementary information for our stay. The accommodation is very spacious. "We loved this house - it’s got everything, a great pool, amazing bedrooms all with themes, a hot tub, pool table, babyfoot, really modern kitchen etc etc. We were a group of 3 families with 6 kids of various ages, and we all had a great time. Highly recommended - you’ll love the house."

"Old, quaint house in center of a village with 3 restaurants total (1 was a pizza place). Room style from the 60’ and needs refurbishment. Ok for the price. Restaurant with seating outside. Nice, food ok, nothing special. 3 course meal for EUR35. Opened at 19:00, quite opposite to the night b4 in Germany: They closed at 20:00! Bed very good. Showerhead needs changing…. "

"The rooms were VERY hot with almost no ventilation. The ceiling was very low. I kept bumping my head. The toilet /shower area was cramped. No soap provided in either sink or bathroom. Breakfast was good. We were not permitted in the backyard which is featured in the photo. I would not recommend this place. "
