The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in Vars, this charming 25 m² flat with mountain views and ski resort within walking distance, which can accommodate up to 5 travellers. Located on the 6ᵉ floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a kitchenette and a bathroom. Wifi included, we're just waiting for you!

The flat comprises
- A 20 m² living room with pull-out sofa bed (sleeps 2), sofa bed (sleeps 1), TV and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A sleeping area with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC

Outside area :
- A 7m² balcony, with furniture to make the most of fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Vars, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Nearest airport: Marseille Marignane 243 km (3 hours by car)
- Shuttles (when resorts are open): from Guillestre/Montdauphin SNCF station to the resort; from Guillestre bus station; internal shuttles to the resorts.
