Staff at Grand Dolphin were very helpful and courteous, starting from the front desk management to the dining staff. Laksmi from the reservation team made my car bookings to Ayodhya, Boat Tour for Ganga Aarati and Airport pick up. Prices were reasonable and she was very responsive to my requests. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone travelling to Varanasi.

Clean property

Good property closer to gate 4 temple.

I was surprised to see how clean the rooms were and how close it was to everywhere. The staff were very professional and put all in effort to make our stay pleasant.

From my wife who stayed there: I'm missing this hotel and its lovely staff and the kindness with which they took care of my family and I during our stay there from July 25 th through August 2nd. I feel I have a home here. The family rooms are spacious but they don't have any sunlight and the bathroom hooks are very high for average height people like me. WiFi worked better at 207. I enjoyed the stay, staff was nice, place was clean and the food was good.

I am often in Varanasi for work, and always stay at te Diamond. It is near both to the center city and riverfront and to the university and yet quickly accessible to the route to the airport and train station. The staff are helpful, from arranging cars for longer road trips to providing all the necessities of a hotel stay. The rooms are quite large, and the bathrooms have recently been remodeled, a further plus. The restaurant is good.

It is the best hotel which provides approximate all the facilities and provide rooms for stay at night and all also having a beautiful welcome guesture that's really impressed us it is just an awesome place I think if you search for a hotel then I prefer the nest Residency Hotel thank you

It was good hotel to stay

Good staff

Great value, excellent breakfast buffet! Very nice staff (Thank you Santos). Great spa. Location is off the river front but still nice. You’ll have to cab or tuk tuk to the riverfront and old town but at 60 to 75 a night, it’s a deal. The bar and lounge on grounds is also a gem. Thank you for a nice stay 👍

A great hotel in a great location. One pro tip that will vastly improve your stay in Varanasi: utilize their travel agency, Trip Choice Travel, run by Miss Varsha. Varsha is an amazing woman that goes far beyond just a travel guide. For example, if I tried to get a tuk tuk to go 2 km, it should cost at maximum 100 INR. When I tried to reserve one, it was impossible to get them to go below 200 INR. With Miss Varsha negotiating for you, you can get one for 50 INR or less. She helps you avoid the...
