The pictures are accurate for the property. What you see is what you get. However, the property only sleeps 3 if people share beds. Also, the couch pull out mattress has no support.

The suite was spacious and very clean. The host welcomed us with baked goods and fresh fruit. We have used VRBO for other trips, but this was the first time we received such a gracious welcome.

Extended weekend stay

The unit had all we needed but unfortunately our dog would bark hearing the host family walking above us into the evening. She did get used to it by the final evening but we would not leave her unattended. As well it should be noted that the yard could only be used by the host family, so we had to go walking along the Main Street whenever our dog needed to relieve herself. I am glad there was parking on site as the house is on a busy street and I would not be comfortable parking on the street.

Great location and very well appointed

Our large family convened in NW so there were a lot of local options used that week. Comparing notes with the others, Tatum's rental was far and away the best experience that any of us had. Clean, spacious - no complaints. The unit is at the lower level in the rear of the house, which was super quiet and easy to access. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Clean, well maintained suite, in a good location

The suite was just five mins. from my mom's place, and was the perfect location for my Aunt and cousin to stay. They were here as a birthday surprise for my mom. One of the few places that allows pets, so that was fantastic, as my Aunt brought her little dog with her, from Alberta. It has everything you need, and nice little touches like scones, and basic essentials, were waiting for them upon their arrival. The suite was clean, and well equipped. It is in the basement, so you can hear occasional noise from upstairs, and Tatum makes guests aware of this before you book. The host was good at communicating if we had any questions. They had a good stay, and would recommend to other guests in the future

Fun Grad trip

Our 2nd time staying here, and both times have been great. It’s so easy to access and Tatum has great communication. Love the parking and the area was close to everything we needed .

Private with everything you need

A clean, new well maintained 1 bedroom suite. The owners live up stairs. They are quiet, friendly, polite and respectful. If I needed anything I would contact them, they were extremely prompt and helpful. The suite is 4 block from grocery stores and down town core of New Westminster. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! The suite has full kitchen and washer and dryer all works perfectly.
