Hotel was fine, workers were great. Walls were paper thin, floor was super creaky. Wouldn’t book again based on price for what it was
The staff was very kind and the location good. However, the property is right there on a Motel 6 level. Trash was not emptied, sheets and pillows super old, and when I picked up the table lamp the bottom literally broke apart into pieces all over the nasty carpet. Not all all like the photos…
We liked the short walk to coffee shops and restaurants. The parking was very secure and safe, the staff were very friendly, and each day our room was made up without asking. Bed was good but not great. New mattresses are in order. But we would go back because the price was very good and we enjoyed our stay.
It was a quaint modest clean and primarily well kept up small hotel and reasonably priced in comparison to the fancier ones by the port (Canada place). A bit of street noise out front at night. We were very satisfied.

Not a bad place, decent hotel. Pretty average. Charged me extra money to have two of my friends come hang out after a party. They didn’t even spend the night. Cash grab and I wasn’t impressed.
The staff were wonderful, but they had an old hotel with little or no internal soundproofing, so we were awakened by inconsiderate guests who stamped all over their room above us at all hours, while another banged on our door at 4:00am on Sunday leaving us with disturbed sleep.

Loud street noise. Small room, wven smaller tv. Not many food options nearby.
A great affordable place right in the middle of the city! They offered safe off street parking and just about everything was in walking distance. Great service and friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again.
This is not about the view. I had to put $100 deposit on my credit card and told that it would be returned after I check out. It’s been a week since I checked out and $100 is still pending on my credit card. Why so long?

The location was excellent for easily accessing Canada Line, cruise ship terminal and Stanley park. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The room was tiny with an alley/dumpster view and you could hear every footstep from the room above. The fire sprinkler system was crudely run.
I expected more from a $300/night room
Not luxurious but everything we needed. Quiet, plenty of water pressure and extremely clean bathroom. Convenient to the Bill Reid Gallery. Starbucks was half a block.
A nice little hotel, conveniently located across the street from the Orpheum Theatre. Clean, comfortable and charming, much like a European Boutique Hotel.
Nice bar and good Italian restaurant. Overall, a nice surprise, to which i will return.
About the least expense yet decent accommodation in the area. Historic property, nicely updated while maintaining the historic value of the building. Street noise was problematic. Staff friendly and accommodating. Three restaurants onsite, all good. Parking wasn’t the most convenient, but it still worked. I would go back if I was attending an event at Roger’s Arena or B.C. Place.
Diane at front desk upon check in was terrific! Very friendly and welcoming. Bed was good, bathroom good but no refrig. Also could use another comfy chair in room. Lobby small and no real security.
We came here for a show at Vogue and this was the perfect location. Only 2 blocks away and everywhere we went before/after was walkable. Our room was facing the street so lots of light, but the curtains covered the outside madness well. The room was very cute - intimate and special. We would definitely stay again
