Although the walls of each guest room have been soundproofed as part of our hotel's major exterior renovation project, you may still hear some noise if you are staying on the ground floor, in an adjoining room, and through the guest room entrance when we are near or at a full capacity. For a quieter stay on your next visit, we recommend booking a room on the upper level and near the back of the property. On a more positive note, I am delighted to learn that you were able to take advantage of and enjoy our microwave and kettle. In the future, should you ever have any questions, issues, or concerns during your stay, please do not hesitate to let us know as we have staff members available at our front desk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you.
