Cheating/Fraud

There was NO hotel. We reached The building by sunset. The building was already sold out months ago and converted into a Massage Saloon. We had made complete payment and confirmed reservation through Hotels.com, the owner even refused to talk to us when contacted on phone. We had to Find another hotel for the night stay. We want the complete refund. This Was a terrible experience with family without any fault of ours.

We've got an apartment with no air-condition in opposite what was stated in the hotel description although the staff provided the fan so conditions were bearable. Instead of kitchen we really didn't need (that was not finished yet, sic!), there was an electring kettle what was sufficient for us. We arrived very late and it seems like we'd got kind of "leftovers".
