    The hotel itself was fine - clean, comfortable. Front of house staff very friendly and helpful. Our issues were with the dining room - closing earlier than posted hours twice in a week without notice. We were there for work, often working 12-14 hours a day. We returned to the hotel our second evening and before we could even find a table in the restaurant we were told "dining room is closed". Period. We had a native Czech sneaker with us so there was no language barrier. Ate elsewhere the next evening. Tried to eat there again on the fourth night and were told the dining room was closed. We pressed the issue this time indicating their website hours begged to differ. They said the website page was old. We said "no, it's from March 2020". We explained we didn't need anything special just something to eat. They eventually provided us with 3 schnitzels in take away boxes - no cutlery or napkins. Despite the fact they were all still working in the restaurant cleaning up and it was an hour before posted closing time. Unacceptable service and behaviour. Six guests arrived after us - just looking for coffee in one case and beer in another. They refused to serve them too. In the time of COVID, who can afford to turn down business especially simple things like this? We won't return. …

    velmi pozitivně hodnotím možnost využití venkovního bazénu po celodenních výletech,vnitřní bazen vzhledem k teplému počasí jsme ani nezaregistrovali zda byl v provozu. za velké zklamání považuji,že nám byl nabízen apartmán se dvěmi ložnicemi,což neodpovídá realitě.ložnici si představuji jako oddělenou místnost.jedno dvoulůžko je ve společné mistnosti s kuchyní a obyvacím koutem a druhé dvoulůžko místnost vedle, ale bez dveří.Byli jsme na dovolené se sesřenicí,takže jakoby bližší rodina,ale soukromí na odpočinek bohužel scházelo(už nejsme nejmladší :-) ) na druhou stranu oceňuji klimatizaci a pořádek na apartmánu.Na přespání penzion doporučuji.Ostatní pokoje možná OK.…

    V hotelu jsme se ubytovali se ženou na 11 nocí. Je to moc pěkný hotel, akorát bazén s lehátky v ceně. Snídaně švédského stylu, možnost venkovního posezení a opravdu vynikající večeře (skvěle vychuceno, vysoká gastronomie). Personál byl velice milý, ochotný, vše bylo nad očekávání dobré. Hotel má i šlechtitelskou stanici vín s penzionem André, což je nádherné místo s vinicemi a skvělým personálem, jídlem a pitím. Hotel Akademie je místo, kam bych jezdil znovu a znovu. Člověk si tam opravdu odpočine. Vše za rozumnou cenu. S možností půjčení kol a koloběžek v ceně. V okolí je vše blízko - zámek Lednice, rybníky, restaurace, sklípky atd.…
