A generously sized angular swimming pool measuring 8 x 3 m with a depth of 140 cm and equipped with a salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system is available seasonally from 01 April to 30 October, providing a refreshing centrepiece to the outdoor experience. Wireless internet connection is available throughout the property, ensuring you remain connected during your stay. Parking is conveniently provided for up to 3 cars, with spaces located 50 m from the villa alongside a single garage also situated at 50 m, and motor access to the grounds is available. Please note that access to the house from the grounds involves a steep footpath of 20 steps, which is worth considering when planning your arrival and daily movements around the property.

Villa "Miralago" is equipped with a range of practical amenities to ensure a comfortable and self-sufficient stay. Inside the house, you will find a table tennis table and a dedicated playroom, making the property particularly well-suited for families with children. A washing machine and a drying room are available for your convenience during longer stays. Heating is available at the property, though it is operational only during the period from 15 October to 30 April. On the main level, you are welcomed into a large living and dining room featuring a panoramic window and a flat screen television, with direct access to the terrace. This floor includes 2 double bedrooms, the first with a double bed of 160 cm and the second with a double bed of 180 cm, both offering private terrace access. A third room provides 2 single beds, while a children's room is equipped with 1 set of bunk beds. The fully equipped kitchen on this level includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table and terrace access. A shower with WC and a separate WC complete the bathroom facilities on this floor. Natural stone floors run throughout the villa, adding to its elegant character.

On the lower ground floor, a large playroom with a home cinema invites relaxation and entertainment, with direct access to the garden, the terrace, and the swimming pool.
