Great location, friendly staff, close to lake and shopping and restaurants. A bit dated rooms and furniture but clean.

We stayed one night at Best Western Plus Hotel Zürcherhof and were pleasantly surprised by the comfort and thoughtful touches throughout. The room was clean, a good size, and came with a well-appointed bathroom. On arrival, the friendly receptionist greeted us warmly, and we were delighted to learn that bottled water, coffee, and fresh fruits were available at the reception area—just help yourself! In-room amenities were generous, including a mini-bar fridge stocked with complimentary drinks, which was a lovely surprise. Buffet breakfast offered a great variety, and hot items like bacon and eggs were freshly prepared upon request. The hotel is tucked away on a quiet street, yet it’s very convenient for exploring Zurich—just a short walk to shops, the lake, and Zurich University. Overall, a comfortable and welcoming stay with excellent value.

Spectacular place! Spent 4 nights here and every member of the staff was incredibly friendly from the front desk, concierge, front door, & drivers. I cannot say enough positive things about this beautiful hotel. This gem above the city of Zurich is a tranquil retreat surrounded by lush forest. The spa and restaurants are amazing! I highly recommend the Dolder and hope to stay here again sometime.

Good location in Old Town. Had paid for B&B- told at check in that breakfast finished at 10.30am arrived down at 10am and was told breakfast ended at 10am. Food was still laid out but we were not allowed to eat.
