While we understand that outdoor spaces can accumulate dust and cobwebs overnight, we regularly clean and maintain the interior of the house to ensure a spotless environment for our guests. We vacuum curtains twice a month, clean fans, and dust thoroughly during our cleaning routine.- Regarding the issues you mentioned, we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced with the ice maker and the pool and hot tub heating. Ashley, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. - We have a strict no-pet policy at the home so don't know what the smell on the 2nd floor is, we'll look into it - We have the pool maintained and looked after very carefully, it is in immaculate condition - The broken tile by the spa happened right before you checked in by the guest who had just checked out - This is the rainy season in Florida and there are frogs everywhere, but we have not noticed any odor coming from the waterfall feature - We wish you would have contacted us about the outside light and fan, we would have been happy to help you get it turned on. We are only a phone call away and are available for any issues you have - The washing machine is brand new - We're glad you enjoyed the kitchen, beds, cleanliness and comfort, spaciousness, and parking.
