– Beach: direct access from the residence

– Town center: approx. 700 m → 8–10 minutes on foot

– Train station: Béziers → 20 minutes by car

– Airport: Béziers–Cap d’Agde → 15 minutes

Security deposit required

• A security deposit will be required including for Airbnb guests via a bank card pre-authorisation from 300 EUR to 1500 EUR depending on the property

• You will receive a message 2 days before arrival to complete online check-in

• This is when you will register your bank card for the deposit

• If the deposit cannot be secured, we will not be able to hand over access to the property"
