"Staff and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was net and clean. Breakfast have good variety. The only complaints i have is that my room is right in front of the elevator.. so it woke me up several time at night"

"It would have been nicer to have some complementary water in the room like at many other hotels. Even one bottle would have been nice. There were tea packets and coffee packets, but no water to make them with. "

"The Hotels. Com site said there was a 24 hour shuttle. When we got to the airport at 11pm, I just called the hotel when we got to Baggage claim and they told me where to go outside, told me the color of the van and how long it would take for them to get there. It worked out perfectly. Our room was brand new, lovely, with great pillows. The breakfast was a nice change from the usual, with flour and corn tortillas, a southwest condiment bar and carnitas alongside the regular breakfast fair. It was wonderful"
