"Villa facility was very clean although the floor definitely needed to be mopped All communication was in French which is a minus - contact should be multi-lingual or at least in English as well Lack of breakfast was a big minus and local Tabac recommended for breakfasts was very dirty full of tobacco smoke and unclean so we did not eat there"

"The villa is beautiful, with plenty of space for family and friends, and a gorgeous shop for organic food open a couple of days a week. There is a main house as well as a smaller house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and its own small kitchen and living room, which was good for us because the people with children were able to stay separately from those without. "The property is located in a beautifully forested area on an estate making it a perfect get away from my family’s daily urban bustle of living in Paris. The renovation of the guest house is well done and tasteful. The wood burning fireplace was a delight in the chilly weather to celebrate an early Canadian-style Christmas. The kitchen had basic equipment. A few more baking dishes as well as a basic stock of dry goods (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar etc) would have elevated the experience."

"Agnes the owner is very nice. The surrounding countryside is beautiful, be sure to check out the Church in a field of sunflowers about 4 miles away. Train to Paris is easy and about an hours ride. You will need a car to get around though in general including to the station."

"This is a perfectly nice hotel. It has a small bar and even though it was Easter Monday and everything was closed they opened it up for us to get a drink. We would have liked to eat at the restaurant just next door, but it was closed. This isn't a destination hotel, but if you need a comfortable place to sleep with very nice staff and a decent breakfast, this place is very nice."
