Stayed here in the king suite with my family, we loved it! The hotel staff were professional, courteous, and very accommodating! Highly recommend, amazing location and great views of the city.

We absolutely love staying here. The only issue we have had is the pool being closed and construction the last two times we stayed there. We understand that things happen but a heads up would be nice. Still the nicest place we stay downtown

Staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly. The room had a beautiful view and was very comfortable. It is dated and could use a renovation but the location was excellent and offered many options for food, shopping, and enjoying the beauty of Vancouver.
