"When I booked this place I was stupid to assume that 3 people would have beds! A pull out couch with broken springs is not an acceptable bed. Towels only for 2 people. No bath mat. No towel in the kitchen to dry dishes. No extra linens at all. The pull out bed in the couch had DIRTY WRINKLED SHEETS. "

"We loved our stay at the Illasi Dream Rooms. The house is situated perfectly by the village center, and there is a huge free parking lot nearby. The space is beautifully decorated and in perfect condition, equiped with everything we required. And Elisa was the most wonderful host, very responsive and available for all our questions. "This is a lovely property connected to the Hotel Antico Vicenza. Spacious, clean, steps from the Pallazo, great shopping and restaurants. The staff at the hotel are just delightful and really go out of their way to be helpful. "We had a lovely holiday at this VRBO. The property manager was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment is very efficient. The interior design is beautiful. It is clear that they put a lot of effort into the design. We had plenty of room to relax inside and outside. The exterior fenced area is small but definitely adequate and we were welcome to walk the dogs through the vineyard. Absolutely beautiful place and we have shared it with family and friends."
