The room was very clean, fully equipped, and in a good position to reach the city center by walking. We got two main issues:
1: Communication poor and inefficace. We got a not-working link to complete the check-in. We tried different ways to get in contact with the structure: mail, Whatsapp, telephone. After a long chasing and trials, we got the codes to access the apartment. 2: air conditioning not working in the apartment. We couldn't sleep the full night, as it was 30 degrees and high umidity outside. Nobody to reach out to fix the issue (until the day after). Both problems managed way below the acceptability threshold.
