「This is a cute little chalet. It slept the four of us just fine. Just a couple of issues, baby mothes throughout, back burner is burnt out on stove, light bulb was burned out upstairs, and overall the decor feels dated except for the new sofa. Also, outdoor chairs were dirty and filled with spider webs.」

「The cabin was nice and well equipped but the driveway was impossible to get up. Not sure we would have been able to get up the driveway in better circumstances, but it was a complete sheet of ice and one person in our party got stuck halfway up in a jeep. We had to park at the bottom on a sheet of ice, which someone slipped on, and bring our stuff up the 5 mins hike it took (I timed it) with our luggage. This should have been communicated before our stay, but it was not.」

「The cabin the adorable they weather was so cold it caused a few issues. This charming little home has so much character and great views of Grandfather Mountain. The hosts were very helpful and communicated appropriately. Such a great week celebrating my hubby's birthday while visiting our boys in college. 「We enjoyed our stay. It was only a short visit for my daughters wedding. The cottage was nice and worked well for what we needed. I only had a couple of very small items to mention that could use attention. One of the blinds in the bedroom was missing the open/close rod and having a closet or hanging rod for clothes would be nice instead of just a small set of hooks on wall. The bed was comfortable. 」
