"The accommodations were generally fine. The biggest issue was communication with the host who spoke no English. He tried hard but it was difficult. There were no instructions other than how to enter the condo. We’re used to having a host leave restaurant recommendations, things to do, points of interest, places to shop, how to use the washing machine, etc. The kitchen implements were dated. "Very good hotel with Great Staff. Amina at the front desk was particularly attentive with us. The hotel is a short walk away from the lifts and has very comfortable ski lockers on their premises. I would like to make a special mention to their awesome buffet breakfast. It has something for everyone. And very good taste and quality. The only thing I could point out, would be the temperature of the jacuzzi, which is lukewarm."

"C’est sans contredit le plus complet et bel endroit pour séjourner dans la région de La Seu d’Urgell! Les repas étaient absolument délicieux, le centre de mieux-être était diversifié avec ses bains et espaces repos et le personnel nous a offert un service et une attention exceptionnelle tout au long de notre séjour! La visite du château avec un employé a également été un bel highlight! Je recommande sans contredit cet endroit! "
