Amazing staff, convenient to everything. Only issue we had was the room had no AC and was very hot!! Oh and the shower area was awesome!!

Spacious, clean and well provided rooms, the hotel is located conveniently.

The hotel is really beautiful, service is great, room is big, clean, has all the amenities. Food is super delicious and great variety for breakfast or dinner. Had little confusion for the extra charge for SPA, so be aware it cost extra, but in Expedia site its not really visible, so needs to be updated. But SPA is worth visiting, really great. Overall enjoyed our stay, thank uoy to reception team for being so helpful and welcoming, bar and restaurant staff for their great service.

Overall a very nice hotel. The room was stylish and comfortable, but we'd have preferred more drawer space. Our other grumble is the paper cups for hot drinks.

Great location, close to Duomo and main sites. Friendly staff. We had a room for 3 which was very spacious and faced an internal courtyard and was therefore very quiet. Room is very modern and facilities work well. Very clean Nespresso machine was in the room with coffee AND MILK. The pictures are an accurate representation of the rooms. The rooftop bar is a bit overpriced. There are only three (slow) elevators to serve 10 floors which can result in some waiting at peak times..
