"Alberico's house is simply enchanting and so is the hamlet of Ponzanello. You really feel like you're stepping back in time (except you have access to all the modern amenities which is great)! "Il Nido offers wonderful views in a very private setting. It is a 12 minute drive to Fivizzano so you’ll want to plan your groceries for the stay. "We went to Licciana Nardi for a family wedding. Our group of 12 family members (aunts, uncles, cousins, etc) rented this home to stay close to the venue. We loved it! The pool was amazing. The views are fantastic. The owners were responsive to questions and the caretakers explained everything about the house. Very smooth process. Highly recommend!!!"

"Paolo was very helpful showing us the way to the house and inviting us to use vegetables from the garden behind the house. The house is very nice, completely equipped (dishwasher, washing machine etc.), spacious and very clean. It is on a quiet road; especially on the backside you have lots of privacy. The pool is great and there is a lot of space for children to play. The only disadvantage we could think of, is that there are no shops or restaurants nearby; you always need to go by car."

"The villa was located in a very peaceful location we stayed as a family group of 8 and overall had a great stay although there were positives and negatives.
