In the heart of the town of POLIENTES, Valley of Valderredible, this stone house with two floors and a lounge area with a outdoor fireplace and fountain, is the perfect escape for a family or friends. The property has an old stone foundations honoring the iconic architecture of CANTABRIA.

En el corazón de el pueblo de POLIENTES, Valle de Valderredible esta casa de piedra de 150m2, con dos plantas, dos dormitorios y dos baños. ( en la parte de abajo salon, cocina, baño y un dormitorio, en la planta de arriba una master suite con bañera abierta al salon). En el jardín, un merendero con chimenea además de un pilón exterior es el perfecto escape para una familia o amigos. La propiedad cuenta con los cimientos antiguos de piedra haciendo honor a la arquitectura icónica de CANTABRIA.
