( en la parte de abajo salon, cocina, baño y un dormitorio, en la planta de arriba una master suite con bañera abierta al salon). En el jardín, un merendero con chimenea además de un pilón exterior es el perfecto escape para una familia o amigos. La propiedad cuenta con los cimientos antiguos de piedra haciendo honor a la arquitectura icónica de CANTABRIA.
