The tea is a weak, lukewarm, unidentifiable brew. Both containers just plunked on a shelf. Given a hand towel, cheap beach chairs and pitiful locker room. Have to pay extra for use of stem etc., even after an 240 Euro treatment. I’m used to beautiful and spacious spas with a quiet and lush environment, fresh tea and snacks, new robes and an inviting locker room for a lot less. "We have a heat wave here , someone hid the remote control for the AC so we spent the night sweating and the pillows are terrible ..We came back late at night so no more staff was impossible to ask where was the remote control for the AC ( was under a blanket in the closet) when i told that to the staff in the morning the answer was " Ah bon " horrific night .."
