「Building itself is not very new, but it's all clean and confortable. As the first bike hotel in Como area, their support was perfect, not only cycling but also how to get/out to their hotel. Enough information and very good relationship with others in Bellagio. I appreciated thiei free laundry service, which we can get cleaned clothes just after 2hours after we handed them. Their location is fantastic also. A bit far from city center but that was better for me. I had a very relaxing night...

「It was a gorgeous property right on Lake Como and next to some wonderful bars and restaurants. Everyone was very accommodating and kind, and I would love to stay here again if/when I'm in Como again. 」

「ホテルは静かな丘の上にあり、見晴らしが良くて空気も綺麗でした。ただ部屋にお茶やコーヒーを飲むポットがなく、朝起きて景色を楽しみながら部屋でコーヒーが飲めないのが非常に残念でした。あとは部屋のシャワールームが一部透明なので、シャワーやトイレに入ってるさいに姿が見えるので、慣れない方は落ち着かないと思います。それから朝ごはんに萎れた野菜が出されていて残念でした。フレッシュ野菜が全く無かったのが残念でした。その他のケーキなどは充実してました。サウナやプールは旅疲れした体を休めるのに非常に良かったです！全体的に清潔なホテルです。」
