T&S couple from Toronto, ski trip, spent 5 nights at the hotel, had most pleasant time, out of the ordinary breakfast, rooms are nicely appointed and clean, daily housekeeping, enjoyed sauna and relaxation room, staff is kind and helpful, Nella, Erika and Alessandro, grazie mille

The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, and clean, although the bed was too firm for my personal preference. I was lucky to have a room at the rear, but friends at the front complained of traffic noise. The rooms were very hot and they had to have a window open. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the evening meal here too. The free transfer to the slopes too 2 mins was also well organised and was nearly always waiting for us, when we came off the slopes. I would definitely shortlist this hotel again.

Spa is very small and have to be pre-booked which means is almost impossible to use. Not very useful especially in a ski hotel where afterski sauna/hammam is necessary

Excellent hotel in perfect location. Helpful and knowledgable staff. Ski storage options very good.
