If the weather is bad and you're there with 10 people, there is not enough room in the living room to have dinner or to just relax and hang out. On the positive side, there are plenty of beds and there's plenty of room to sleep for 10 people."

The house is well placed to visit this part of Normandy and the hosts were able to give good advice. This would suit many different groups of people.
