There didn’t seem to be enough staff around the bar and reception areas. Also it should be made more clearer that the spa is an extra cost. We used it twice thinking it was complimentary only to get the bill on check out which wasn’t the best. Also breakfast over priced for the same thing every day

Ich hatte auf jede erdenkliche Art versucht, diese Buchung rechtzeitig zu stornieren: Ueber die hotels.com Webseite, mit der hotels.com App und durch eine direkte Nachricht an das Hotel. Nichts ging, obwohl die Stornierbarkeit zugesichert worden war. Ich werde nie wieder ueber hotels.com buchen.

Alte und sehr einfache Unterkunft

Massiv in die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft mit veralteter Ausstattung. Mini Dusche mit alten Duschvorhang und Schimmelflecken im Duschbereich bis an die Decke. Relativ laut, da vor dem Hotel die Dorfstraße und hinter dem Hotel ein reisender Flusslauf.

Séjour décevant. La chambre sentait la moisissure. Le spa avait des traces de moisissures au plafond. L'eau des canalisation était orange pendant plusieurs minutes avant de pouvoir s'en servir.

Parfait pour 3 jours entre amis, le personnel charmant et l'hotel très propre bien qu'un peu vieillot, notamment les salles de bains Nous avons également apprécié le petit-déjeuner et le restaurant.

De accommodatie is zeer gunstig gelegen langs de departementale weg D1006 en grenst aan de achterzijde aan de rivier de Arc. De handelszaken en 'Office de tourisme' zijn in de onmiddellijke nabijheid.

Bon séjour à l'Alpazur.

Tout le monde très gentil, espace accueillant et style montagne agréable avec belles photos sur les murs. Repas agreablele soir et au petit déjeuner. Prix convenable. J'ai mentionné à l'accueil qu'avec tous nos appareils électroniques. On manquait de prises dans la chambre. Par ontre , on a apprécié la vue sur la montagne
