Good Hotel, Hyatt brand standard, many options for dinning in case you want to try local flavors or prefer a more international cuissine, both are available. Rooms are clean and well equiped, bottled water always available. Sorounding area is under construction, not so many options to wallk around.

Great Stay

It is a relatively new hotel with spacious rooms. The staff in the restaurant is very attentive and courteous. The only irritant is the constant x ray requirement of small bags and purses every time you enter the hotel after a trip out.

Excellent Hotel stay in Vadodara

Everything was very good. Staff are really swesome. Although the hotel was very busy with weddings, staff go extra mile to give a fantastic service. Manav at reception and Coach Munavver are excellent along with all the other staff. Amazing food options and restaurant staff are truly amazing.

**Hotel Review:** We stayed at Hyatt Place Vadodara on January 16-17, 2025, with our two teenage children. The check-in process was a bit longer and more complicated due to the specific security protocols in Gujarat, but this was understandable. The room itself was spacious, with a thoughtful layout and stylish decor. The bathroom and shower were clean, well-designed, and had great hot water pressure. We skipped the buffet breakfast on the first day as we were too tired from our long-haul flight, but we did enjoy lunch at their signature restaurant with a few invited guests, and both the food and service were excellent. The next day, we had the buffet breakfast, which was fantastic—especially the masala chai and dosa, which were highlights. The kids loved it! Check-out was smooth, and overall, we had a great experience. We’ll definitely return during future trips and would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Felt like Home

We stayed for approximately 2 weeks. The hotel itself is nice, don’t compare this to 5 star hotels in Mumbai, remember this is Gujarat. The staff are fantastic. They go out their way for you, whether at reception, helping with luggage or during breakfast. The hotel sound proof is not great, so if you are a light sleeper, I would suggest white noise and ear plugs. The breakfast can get busy if you go around 9am, but the staff find a table. Purshottambhai is fantastic, he makes the masala chai. Those who do Ekadashi, they will make sabhudana kichadi if you ask. The gym is ok. Not busy. The Market food is great when you are hungry. The connected shopping area is a 4 minute walk. It’s very basic. Food, it has McDonald’s and Pizza Hut. Avoid Infinity Pizza. PVR cinema is there, if you want the recliner seats, book them early. The lifts can frustrate you at times. Housekeeping and laundry service is good

MY WIFE AND I HAVE BEEN TRAVELING AROUND THE WORLD FOR BUSINESS AND PLEASURE FOR SOME TIME AND I MUST SAY THAT OUR DINING EXPERIENCE AT THE HYATT WAS SECOND TO NONE WHAT MAKES A GREAT DIFFERENCE THAT'S OVERLOOKED IN MY OPINION IS THE ATTENTION GIVING TO EVERY GUEST, SHANTU(CHEF) SULEB GENTLEMEN MAKING TEA AND OTHERS ALSO EVERY MORNING FROM DAY ONE THEY PROVIDED THAT ATTENTION AND PROFESSIONALISM TO ALL THE GUESTS "NO" FAVORITES YOU ALWAYS HAVE A MEMBER OF STAFF THAT IS DEDICATED, LIKES HIS JOB, GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF SERVICE TO PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE TO ALL "UJJML" IS THAT PERSON A PERSON THAT IS A GREAT ASSET TO THE HYATT TEAM AND SOMEONE THAT CAN BE UTILIZED FOR TRAINING OTHERS WHO COME AND JOIN THE COMPANY. Stayed for a two night staycation. Flawless check-in process. The wheelchair I’d requested for my Mother was not only ready but one of the staff wheeled her to the lobby when we arrived. Vatsal at check-in was efficient and friendly, answering all my questions. The room was in good, sanitary condition. Walls should be thicker. I could hear the next room. The balcony was nice, with real shrubbery and an artificial turf lawn. Smoking is allowed in balconies. Inside our room I could smell cigarette smoke from the next room’s balcony. The gym and pool looked good, but I did not use them. In-room Dining service was prompt. The staff who delivered tea to the room were efficient. One refused a tip, pointing out that service charges were part of the bill. Used the hotel’s Zing restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Their wait staff was unbelievably attentive and caring, treating my 91 year old Mother with respect, bringing her food from the buffet and ensuring her comfort. Gaurav, in particular. Others were Manish and Shubham. Roshni was the caring hostess. Chef Santu frequently came to inquire about food quality. Like the service, the food was delicious with diverse cuisines. The ambience was top-notch. Kudos to the chefs and F&B Manager, Harish! I have lived in similar star hotels in the Americas and Europe, but have not seen this level of service. I cannot recommend the property enough!
