Not great
This hotel did not match the price they are charging. The rooms are outdated and the bathroom was like something out of a bad movie.. tiles were old and dirty and and the toilet had stains. On top of this the room had a smell of sewerage. The bed was comfortable though. For the money you can do better.

Okay stay
Hotel is at a nice location but is in need of some renovation. Breakfast is excellent and a la carte menu in restaurant is good too.

OK hotel in Vasaa
Mostly OK, but the hotel seemed too busy for the number of staff working ans service was very slow. In the room, we could not get a comfortable temperature at all which didn't help with sleep when we needed an early start.

Nice for business event
Was there for on site training. Hotel is old and while kept cleaned, it shows its age. Hotel is right by the water which is pretty but not on the city center, if that is what you are looking for. It is next to a water park which would probably be the main reason to stay there if that is what you are doing.

Very quiet but a bit boring
The Superior room was big and ok with 2 twin-beds (don't plan to use them as a single-bed, they will move away), a sofa, a table, a desk, a minibar,... all what you can find in this kind of bedroom. The bathroom was quite small but enough. The hotel itself was very quiet, and you get a free access to the spa which was very boring and empty. I guess that during weekends and holidays the hotel and spa are full and noisy. The corridors inside the hotel look endless. You will have walk a lot. The parking places are free but the surrounding is dead. You need to take your car if you want to have a drink or a meal outside of the hotel, downtown. The staff was pleasant but the hotel itself looked cold and dead.

Nice place to stay
We arrived at the hotel for a business trip for a few days, and when we arrived it was a bit of a Ghost town, apparently all the kids had gone back to school the week before. So arriving on 19th of august for an english man to a hotel almost being empty was rather a surprise as it felt like we had a great hotel and facilities to ourselves in middle of the summer! Still staff and facilities were good and our stay was very pleasant and relaxing. Lots of space to sit in restaurant and outside to see some nice views, i would recommend the hotel for sure

Strange hotel. In what should be nice location
We were on a business trip and stay just before the holiday season but it felt strange. Like a ghost town feel. Location should be great but if you stroll a short distance there is a lot of rubbish and it looks a bit industrial. To be honey I was a bit disappointed. Staff were nice and actually good was quite good. Pool table was a joke. Cue ball not exactly round. More like a dodecahedron!! Table not slate bed. Cues mostly without tips!!! No chalk. If you have a pool table, do it properly!

Beatuful sceanery
Nice place overall. Great place to stay in particular with children. Minus the assortment of coffee in the restaurant. Also only one person serving the whole place, so we had to wait for twenty minutes before we could order any dessert.
