「Perfectly positioned to break a long drive between SW France & the northern ports. Located next to a massive plan d’eau or lake with a fake beach. Really cool & pretty to walk around. The lady in charge takes extra care over everything in the hotel. Pretty cushions in communal areas, plants & pretty tables on the terrace. It’s the extra touches that made the big difference. I’d defo stay again. 」

「We were made very welcome by the proprietor on our arrival. We were provided with drinks, madeline cakes and a rice desert. The facility is very spacious which included a separate sitting room that included a desk, a large shower and WC room with a walk in shower. The bed was comfortable that enabled us to have a much needed good nights sleep. The breakfast provided was plentiful, with multiple meat choices, pancakes, breads, yogurts, cheese, rice desert, various coffee choices and orange...

「Overnight stop on way to ferry so room on second floor was fine and private off road parking appreciated. Usual amenities with good water pressure and plentiful hot water. Dinner served in enclosed charming outdoor terrace area and beautifully cooked food although a plethora of bouche amusants offered in addition to three course menu which bordered on unnecessary. It seems that smoking on such a dining terrace is still normal in France as it is open to the air. Breakfast was good for pastries...
