I had a mixed experience during my recent stay at the CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel Istanbul. There were several highlights, but one persistent issue significantly impacted the stay.
The Highlights
Outstanding Service: The staff were truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional.
Prime Location: You really cannot beat the location. It is central, convenient, and makes exploring Istanbul very easy.
The Downside
Unfortunately, we encountered a frustrating issue with the drainage in our bathtub. After every shower, the water simply would not drain, leaving us standing in pooled water.
While we brought this to the staff's attention early on, the problem was never resolved. Despite the issue being reported, it continued throughout the entirety of our stay. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected a much quicker resolution to a basic maintenance matter.

Havuz sıcaklığı çok iiyiydi, çocuklar bile rahatlikla yüzdü. Biraz bakima ihtiyacı var, bahçedeki yer döşemeleri açılmış kalkmış. Jakuzi bahçede olduğu için toz ve kir oluyor. Üzerine bir örtü olsa süper olur. Konum, merkeze yakınlık ve mahremiyeti guzel.
