The hotel is good, in a great location, and well kept. It is located close to 2 metro stops, food, shopping. Breakfast was good, lots of variety but mostly Japanese (not a complaint, we enjoyed the food), but some of the food could have been warmer. Also, while ecology is a stated goal, everything, including towels and robes, is in plastic. Our room was large, not common in Japan.

Outstanding hotel choice! The room was spotless, had two comfortable beds, and allowed us to store luggage free when we arrived too early for check in. The amenities included pajamas, toothbrushes, hairbrushes-incredible customer service. The people working the reception desk were polite and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this place enough!

"Fabulous property with nice firm bed. Great location and roof bar was great and Geisha Fashioned cocktail was amazing take on an old fashioned. Twin rooms significantly larger than double rooms. Staff and concierge in particular were very very helpful."
