We are two very new foreign travelers. The staff did not speak our language but were incredibly accommodating and made us feel welcome. Very clean, very good stay.

施設自体は素晴らしかったです。 しかし予約後に電話問い合わせしたさいの 窓口対応が大変不快かつ迷惑なものでした。 （時間予告なく３０分保留で待たせる・・・） もう少し社会常識的な電話対応を指導してください。 施設自体と管理事務所の職員様の 応対は素晴らしかったです。
