"It was clean; I can give you that. It was noisy until the early morning both nights we were there (2-3 in the morning) because we had a room right next to the pool which was, I suppose, a huge draw. I don't know why this place gets such high ratings. "

"We appreciated the close and free parking. The hotel was very charming and full of character. We rented the King Suite and enjoyed the extra space along with the 2 fireplaces- non working of course. Reasonably priced and close to the event, allowing us to walk. Breakfast was minimal, but without a kitchen I can see how hard it would be to expand the menu from packaged items. Fruit would have been nice. "

"We had a wonderful stay, and worked perfectly for our family. The property was very clean and beautifully maintained. It was clear the hosts put a lot of care into making the space comfortable and welcoming. The crib, high chair, and baby gates were especially nice added touches that made traveling with little ones much easier. The home was just minutes from Utica Square, Cherry Street, and The Gathering Place. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this home to others. We would happily stay here again!"

"The place was great! We were only there for 1 night but it had everything we needed. The only place for improvement I can think of is the visibility of the address numbers outside of the unit. They are small and blend in to the front of the unit, so I usually just looked for the cars parked at the place next door to help find it.Another thing to note is the driveway entrance/exit is a bit steep and narrow so getting in or out can be a challenge, but not a huge deal with the advent of backup cameras! :-)"

"We had a great stay and the house is super cute and comfortable. With the two bikes, we were able to ride around Utica Square, Tulsa University, and even rode to the Outsiders house. Close to everything we needed and Matt and Jen were very communicative checking in to ensure we were having a good vacation. Very pleased and would recommend it to others planning a trip to Tulsa!"

"Walking distance to a hub of shops and eating but also minutes away from downtown. Area was quiet and the condo was lovely. Everything was accounted for and they made the check in and out process really seamless"
