This unique place has a style all its own. just 5 min. from downtown Utica, the zoo, skin, Stanly theater and all the hospitals in the city.

This beautiful two-bedroom apartment has a large kitchen with a balcony, two dining areas with tables with 4 chairs each, a modest living room with furniture and a sofa bed, a modern decorative electric fireplace with a “56” television. ” inches with Netflix Acc.

Perfectly Described

The apartment was the perfect space for a longer vacation. Plenty of room for three of us without feeling crowded and able to be spread out. I do wish there was more communication regarding the parking spot (but that was a lack of time on my part) and the check out procedures. Overall a very good stay.

Please add outside pictures to listing!

This is not a place to spend your money on! Utica is an older city like Binghamton where we live close to BUT the neighborhood surrounding this location is ghetto. My husband had to beg me to come in after he finally found the entrance to this apartment in a beat-down building! The listing only provided inside pictures and nothing really about how bad the outside looks - I hope VRBO insists that property owners give full disclosure about their places and hold them responsible for refunding fees if the conditions are this bad. The inside was nicely “decorated” but you didn’t want to look too close at some many “banaids” on everything to try and make this place look nice. There is no washer at this time even though the listing mentions it. The sheets in our bed when we pulled the comforter down were dirty but thankfully my gutt told me to bring some sheets with me. Someone is trying to make this look nice with cheap cabinets and zero luxury. There was “parking” with the other building tenants or near cars with no plates. It backs up to a FastTrac gas station which seems to draw the wrong crowd. The stairs are steep like attic stairs to the apartment on the second floor. Friday night there was a tenant party we sadly were not invited to until midnight!!!!! Thankfully we had a busy schedule and were exhausted when we got back the two nights we stayed there but I was embarrassed to invite friends to join us here!!! Please remove this listing as it does not belong on VRBO.
