"Great Japanese breakfast "

"Nice modern decor which came with free parking. Could imagine staying here for a while since it was such a comfortable stay and came with common work spaces. Great service from Nakajima san! We had some problems with the laundry’s washer and needed to call and trouble her after the front desk was closed. She was so willing to help us despite being off duty. Ms Fu speaks multiple languages and has a good memory. We requested for several items at the front desk and she did not left out anything ! We expected there might be some missing items since this is what we often experienced in other hotels. Thank you ladies! It would be wonderful if there are vending machines to sell drinks and food like sandwiches or simple meals. There is a convenience store about 200 metres down the slope but nothing beats the convenience of vending machines without the need to step out of the hotel!"

"The hotel has both public and private onsen and provides probiotic drinks, wafer ice cream and popsicles after guests had done onsen. The highlight of the stay is clearly the wide range of both Western and Japanese foods available at its buffet breakfast. Room is very clean and comfortable. Front desk and service staff are very polite and helpful."

"Is a new hostel and the room is clean. Some distance to town but if you rent car, no issue. Is just 5-10 mins walk to the snow field during December."

"The property had appeared a bit deteriorated. But other than that, the room was spacious and had everything we needed. It’s located in a beautiful and tranquil area and was close to tourist spots. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was good."

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel The location is excellent with many restaurants nearby. It is an older hotel with the standard smaller rooms. Our twin bed room had plenty of space to store our suitcases and move around, with table and chairs for setting. The bathroom was very small and one drawback it was just a regular toilet. The staff were friendly and helpful if you needed anything. One drawback of the hotel is the carpet in my room at least really needed to be replaced or cleaned, there were stains, the rest of the hotel and our room was in near perfect condition. Next time I'm in the area I will probably stay at the hotel again."
