It is 450 m from the sea and by car, in just 5 minutes you can reach the uncontaminated sea of ​​the first Marine Protected Area of ​​Italy and dive into the most celebrated Mediterranean seaside. The villa is equipped with a garden roof, a ventilated lava stone façade and a natural cooling system that replaces the normal conditioners.
The villa, designed in all its details, is equipped with all comforts. In particular, lovers of architecture and design will appreciate during their stay all the solutions designed for the well-being of guests. The villa consists of a living area with kitchen, two rooms and a service. All rooms open onto a large parquet floor with exclusive sea views. On the terrace there is an elegant gazebo, refined sofas with nautical leather cushions, puffs, deckchairs and an external nebulizing system that will ensure, during all hours of the day, the maximum relaxation of guests. The apartment is given in use only for tourist rent outside the business regime. PLEASE NOTE: For check-in all guests' ID cards and a tax identification number are required.
