We absolutely loved staying here! Due to some flight cancellations, we arrived in the middle of the night and staff was there to let us in and even brought us breakfast croissants. It felt very safe being there. We would recommend to anyone to stay here! Everything is walkable from here!!

We were able to communicate before we arrived about instructions of how to get it. We were able to also keep our baggage in a safe area while we walked around (after checkout). She was very helpful with information about the town and also getting us taxis every time. It was very clean and had nice rooms.

We loved everything! I would recommend to turn off the heat in the summer (we could not do it manually as instructed and needed to sleep with the window open because it was suffocating). If you like total quietness, don’t stay on the first floor because it is located in the lobby and you have to listen to the personnel talking or visitors gathering or coming and going.

If you are coming to Ushuaia for 3 nights, then Isla Bonita Suites is THE best accommodation the town has to offer. Mabel and team will make your stay worth everything, and they certainly deserve 5/5 or 10/10 stars. First, the hotel is secure and easy to access for guests on their own, thanks to Mabel and her team. Great wifi that works in the whole building, and you can exchange USD here if needed. Mabel and her team are very communicative via whatsapp and super accommodating to make sure you are set up for success with tours, buses, etc. Second, the rooms are spacious, clean, accommodating. I stayed in a two-room suite with 1 bathroom, 1 kitchenette with all proper kitchen items, at least four heaters, two smart TVs, bay windows with great views of USH. The hotel provides coffee and tea and some spices so you don't have to spend a fortune on cooking. Third, the hotel is in the perfect location just off the main San Martin street and walking distance from a grocery store, taxi stop, shuttle bus terminal. When you check in, tell Mabel what you want to do (the National Park, Glacier Martial, Laguna Esmerelda, etc.), and she will get you to the right place or person. Incredible service, sleeping and experience for my 6 days in USH.

Bom custo benefício

A localização é excelente. Perto da sala de saída dos passeios dos Brasileiros no Ushuaia. Além disso está a passos de restaurantes e mercados. A estrutura permite fazer suas refeições. Além disso, tem um serviço de lavanderia com excelente custo. Os funcionários são muito solícitos e prontos a ajudar. A limpeza é um ponto a melhorar.

A Gem in Ushuaia

It was a fabulous place to stay. . . very large living and eating area, kitchen had everything needed, huge bedroom, charming washroom . . . and a lovely private terrace. In the midst of attractions and the shopping/restaurant area. Absolutely enjoyed our stay!

We loved out little apartment. Plenty of room, tea, mate, coffee were provided in the little kitchen area. It was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was the noise from the outside. Evidently, late night drag racing is a thing in Ushuaia and the windows we not very good at keeping out the sound. Overall, I would recommend the property if things like that don't bother you.

Great value hotel. Kitchen is well equipped for simple meals with supermarket just around the corner. Area is very walkable but not very quiet from local traffic early in the morning. Strong winds could also make the windows rattle.

Quarto amplo (o nosso tinha até um quintal), com três camas confortáveis no quarto e mais uma na sala. Tudo limpo e organizado. Recepção sempre disposta a judar, com ótimas dicas. Fica a cerca de 7 quarteirões do porto, mas tem mercado perto e um ótimo restaurante do lado. Voltaria com certeza

Mabel is a star. As she was showing me to my room, she grabbed my very heavy suitcase and carried it upstairs to my room. When I was leaving, and trying not to hit the walls with it (with my backpack and purse), she ran up and grabbed it again. She was so incredibly gracious and made me feel I had a friend in her. She held my luggage for the day since I had a late flight and called me a taxi to the airport. The room - well, the three rooms - gave great space. Not fancy, but so cozy and homey. If you want to prepare food (I didn’t) there was a kitchen and dining room. The grocery store is a block away and they even provide a reusable grocery bag guests can use, along with basic spices and coffee and tea. I loved the location. It’s a bit away from all the tourist booths, but across from the famous Ushuaia letters. I loved all the little parks around there, in the midst of the city. My only complaint was I like to be cool when I sleep and I found my room rather hot. Two things about this - I never went to Mabel to see if there was a solution and I am the type of person who sleeps with both air conditioning and a fan - so take this as an FYI instead of a true complaint.

Lovely Stay

I had a lovely stay at Isla Bonita. I had a one bedroom apartment with all the amenities needed in a kitchen. Coffee, tea, dishes, 2 burner element, sink, fridge. Even a fabric bag to get groceries with. The grocery store is one block away. It was clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly and very helpful with tour ideas and bookings. I would recommend this hotel.
