"Positive feedback: - Spacious room (couch included, bit TV, toilet and shower were separated) - Staff were friendly to interact - Great location (Westfield mall was across the street) Other feedback: - A/C does not work - When we first when to use the shower, the floor smelled like urine. "This Hotel is nicely maintained and has a good attention to detail. Examples of this being the cold water dispenser in the lobby. The pool area is perfect with a good mix of shade and sun and really refreshing in the summer. The staff are fantastic and the bar serves drinks nicely. Our room was okay though in need of a few updates but we did have a basic class room. They have more modernised bathrooms in the higher class of room which could be worth the money. The bed is large and comfortable. The curtains black the room out well. One thing that is great in the room is a smart TV that actually works properly and doesn't have half its features disabled. Very nice feature when you are from abroad. My only complaint is the restaurant which I wouldn't recommend. The setting is lovely but the menu is very limited, and there is no lunch menu for cheaper lunchtime options. It's over priced and trying to serve fancier food but without the quality to back up the price. We ordered a steak which was small and not cooked to order. When I sent it back they got closer on a 2nd attempt but still didn't seem cooked to medium rare properly. The steak also didn't feel high quality to me. No simpler options like a burger or a pizza. It's not awful but feels like missed potential and I think there are better options out the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel!"
