「We used this flat for a stopover stay on a long drive. Sawtell is great and the flat was clean, quiet and comfortable. 」

「Comfortable accommodation for short stay.Well appointed - including comprehensive first-aid kit.Covered parking was easy to navigate for our small car.Brilliant location in close proximity to coffee shops, but still rather private and quiet. Unfortunately the recent cyclone wiped out access to beach. 」

「Great stay at Chris’s house with my husband, 2 young children and dog. The unit is a little way out of Coffs but easy to get to everything if you have a car. We spent 2 nights there and found Chris to be very responsive and a great host. The master tbedroom bed was very comfortable. The unit is underneath Chris’s house so you can hear movement above but it never bothered us. The smart TV and Internet worked well. Would recommend. 」

「Organised some food for the frig for when we got there and presto it was amazing. Quality everything. Coffee shop next door bottle shop 2 min away, hairdresser across the road. What more could you wish for」

「Very quiet surroundings, everything was well stocked. 3 lots of bathroom towels, never had that luxury before. Kitchen had everything we needed. Nice outdoor setting and very comfortable beds. Liked we had our own clothes line as well. 10 minute walk to shops and beach」
