"We had an amazing stay in this hotel which for me has the best location and view right on the lake. We have been travelling up and down the country for 2 weeks and spending a day resting in the beautiful garden overlooking the lake surrounded by cute alpacas and cuys ( guinea pigs ) was a beautiful way to recharge . The staff was very friendly and helpful, buffet breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and cooked food and dinner and drinks were also very tasty. I wish I spent more than 2 days there and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone wishing to visit Puno. Thank you to all the staff!"

"Beautiful hotel on an island in lake Titicaca. It’s got a causeway, so no boat required. The staff are wonderful, especially German at front desk, Paul at the bar, and David in the restaurant. Rooms are comfortable and clean, beds are comfy. Loved it there and would stay again."

"We loved our experience! The family that runs the property is so kind and so helpful. The meals they prepared were wonderful. The views from the rooms were great and even though it got cold at night, the beds had plenty of blankets and there was a portable gas heater in the room so we slept very comfortably. If you want a true Lake Titikaka experience, I highly recommend this resort/lodging experience."

"We had originally booked for one night but the place was so stunning that we stayed for two. It truly is beautiful and you can watch the sunset over the lake. The staff were also very good at accomodating our children for lunch and dinner as the can be fussy! Included is also a tour of the Islands and our guide answered so many of our questions. The only reason why I have not given 5 stars is because there was no hot water in our room. It would also have been nice at dinner to have been offered some drinks. We brought our own water from the room in the end"
